Interior Fabric High-Speed Doors

The Model 990 is a flexible bottom interior high-speed door built for safety.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​RapidFlex® Model 991 is an interior door with a strutless design to reduce operational noise and a patent-pending curtain lock that allows the door to withstand pressure and repair it quickly in the field.

Model 992 is made of the same curtain material as the 991 but features struts to allow for larger door sizes and make it easy to replace sections in the field.

Flexible Bottom High Speed Door – 990

Our flexible bottom high speed interior fabric door, RapidFlex® 990, is ideal for high-traffic manufacturing, pharmaceutical, warehouse, and distribution facilities. Built for safety, this door features a flexible bottom w​ith wireless monitored reversing edge, a built-in drop stop device, and in-plane infrared sensors. ​​

High Speed Interior Fabric Door – 991

Our high speed interior fabric door, RapidFlex® Model 991, is ideal for separating controlled environment spaces such as food and beverage facilities, high-traffic zones, storage rooms, and manufacturing areas to prevent cross-contamination. This door features dual recessed photo eyes and a patent-pending curtain lock which allows the door to withstand pressure and enables it to be repaired quickly in the field.​

Interior strutted high-speed fabric door, and this strutted heavy-duty interior high-speed fabric door with an independently tested static pressure resistance of 76 mph and dynamic ultimate pressure resistance of 53 mph.

Engineered For High Cycles:

Our RapidFlex​® Model 992​ high-speed door features a spring-less design for minimal interruption and maintenance, a direct-mounted gear drive that helps minimize wear and tear, and its variable frequency drive minimizes sudden jolts when the door starts and stops. This high-speed rolling door has a strut design allowing for quick fabric section replacement, and the struts reduce curtain deflection when the door is under pressure.

Low Maintenance:

This high speed fabric door provides a low-maintenance solution with it’s break-away design, impact detection features, push button self-repair and plug and play wiring which reduces the need for a licensed electrician. ​

Exterior Fabric High-Speed Doors

The Model 993 and 994 are both strutted high-speed fabric doors. However, they feature a heavier curtain material for exterior applications.  Both models have been independently tested for pressure resistance. Model 993 features pressure resistance of up to 4.0 psf or 76 mph, while the Model 994 features pressure resistance of up to 22psf or 158 mph.

The Model 994 also features a patent-pending bottom wind lock and articulating roller wind struts, reducing operational noise while allowing the door to withstand pressure.

RapidFlex​® Model 994 is a strutted, heavy-duty exterior high speed fabric door perfect for large openings and best suited for manufacturing, mining, auto/transit, and parking garage applications. It features an independently tested wind load of up to 22.0 psf. The RapidFlex​® Model 994 includes industry-leading standard safety features such as reversing edge, two sets of infrared obstruction detection sensors, and door stop device.
